Spears has been a starter for 8 years. While he isn't a pro bowler, starting for the same NFL team ( Dallas isn't scared to cut someone to upgrade)for 8 straight years, is damn good.

agree...I kind of forget about him because I hate the Cowboys. I think it's been a couple of years since he was a full-time starter though.
