Yep. The situation is exactly the same. Saban is a young guy who doesn't have any experiences. He also is kind of a dolt who doesn't learn from stuff and makes the same mistake over and over.

Dude it's all about the money. Some team will cut him double what Bama is paying and bam he's gone. It's not about learning from mistakes. If he goes and signs a 5 year deal and gets 10 mil a year how is that a mistake? If they fire him he gets paid. Retire and enjoy or move into a GM job in the league. He has to be tired of the Bama fan base nut cases. He hates southerners in general.
