My oldest "O" dollar is an 1846, Seated Liberty (predecessor to the Morgan) silver dollar that is in VF condition. The "Liberty" on the shield is plainly visible along with all of the folds in Lady Liberty's robe similar to this one:



Any guess how much I paid for that coin on eBay? No cheating....don't look!

Hint: I really, really, REALLY wanted it!

Without looking, I will guess $450.
