Thoughts in the Troll scene? Probably my second favorite part of the movie. I agree that overall Gandalf was a pretty different from the LOTR Gandalf, particularly in the first 30 minutes. Though I love him responding to Bilbo asking can he guarantee his return... "No. But if you do, you will not be the same." (might not be exactly the way it was worded)

As with LOTR, these next two will be more actioned packed I would think. Given how much time they spend on the !!!!!!*****SPOILERS*****!!!! killing of Smaug story. END SPOILERS Though it might come in the third, not sure. Also curious to see how they handle Beorn.

It doesn't show smaug in the third one so far. The same guy who does Smaug voice does the necromancer voice

Title of second movie kinda gives it away when it will happen.
