We use to have a 6'6 center. I think his last name was Miller.

I could see the staff putting Turner at center and opening up the guard spot

Why do people think he'll play center?
Because the coaches want him to play Guard or Center.

He was recruited last year with C in mind. I agree he seems a little big for C but it may be a trend to offset the NG's in a 3-4 like at Bama and UGA. Not every center is built to handle huge, massively strong NGs like those 2 schools have.
I think Fanaika's only shot at starting or even contributing greatly is at C. We're in great shape at OG with Collins, Turner, Williford, Edinburgh(could play OT too), then with Boutte, Dodd and Malone coming in. Just don't see Fanaika passing up the 1st 3. Turner will be a semi 4 year starter for us. Kid's a beast.

Nope. He has 2 years to play 2. This year was basically a redshirt year for him.

Is that Avery Johnson?
If yes, he cannot sign a LOI until National Signing day. He will be enrolled before that. I assume he did not sign last season
Stokes and Fehoko can sign because they are JUCOs. JUCO signing day was yesterday (or day before?)

Okay, thanks for clearing that up.

Hes talented, but I doubt he starts immediately with Collins, Turner, and Williford plus others already performing well in the program

He hardly ever touched the field. Centers are typically the smallest build on the OL.

I think you are wrong. Pretty sure AJ did sign last year. Didnt make the grades in spring and summer he didnt know he wasnt going to qualify in Febuary. Also think diarse has signed his. I may be wrong on that.

Miller was actually a do it all guy. Same with tbob and dworazcyk. By his sr year he was the back up to multiple positions.

I think he's need a redshirt year to beef and buff up IMO.
