Back the crosshairs up about 2 inches behind that front shoulder and squeeze. It's not hard to do.

I let a doe and 2 yearlings walk early in the season but regretted not dropping her arse. Ever since then we have been dealing with loggers cutting on the back side of the property and they have been ruining any chances of seeing shite during daylight hours.

I spent the day in the woods Saturday and didn't see a thing. Sunday, after church, I went out in the pouring rain and got in a shooting house. The same 3 came out around 3pm and I laid in to momma. She ran a few feet and went down. One yearling ran, one didn't.

Do you have any idea how easy a yearling is to skin out? 15 minutes. Hung up, pulled the hide, cut the straps out, cut the hind quarters off, let the rest go.

You're retarded if you think the tenderloins were not good. I didn't shoot it because I have 4 deer for the freezer and I'm not taking the chance of it being a button buck. Not a chance in hell I'm gonna shoot one on purpose.
