Check out McCrady's and Husk while you are there. Husk you'll need reservations well in advance. McCrady's on the other hand, which I found just as good, seems to have much easier reservations. I got a 7pm for 2 during the Charleston Food and Wine Festival by going through OpenTable that morning.

Thanks for the advice! Planning on going to McCradys too for sure! Already warned the Fiance that we will be spending a good amount on bourbon sampling. She seems suprisingly cool with it.
