Hey GC,
I store my homemade simple syrup in a tupperware container, and it keeps a few 3 weeks or so before it turns into rock candy. Ha.

Thanks for the reply. Still trying to figure out if I want to make my own or just buy something pre-made.
Someone want to explain to me what all of this "Orphan Barrel" stuff is I've been seeing lately?
