my dad hated it. said it should have been called "a movie about the 13th ammendment"

As a movie i'd give it a B- to a C+
For what one would think a movie about Lincoln would be about, I give it a D-
I wasn't going in expecting any action, but even so, the movie barely held my attention and I love history. It was basically a survey of 1860's politics with a Lincoln subtext

Left Wing = Democrat
Pro 13th Amendmant = Republican
Tell your daddy to read up on a little history (or just pay attention during the movie) before he passes on his ignorance to his son.
