Yeah unless he was using some trash ammo, I was gonna suggest trying a more reputable brand of ammo and checking to make sure the gas ports are lined up, and that the set screws of the block are torqued down. I had issues with mine cycling subs without a suppressor before I got my Govnah, not that it mattered because the only reason I ever shoot subs is to take advantage of the suppressor.
