Payton will be the Cowboys head coach regardless if we go to the playoffs or not, the only thing that could save red head now is a Super Bowl.

Might he go elsewhere? Guess there is always a chance but I doubt it, BUT IF he did.

I'll say it again, Payton will NEVER be the cowgirls coach, Jones needs a puppet, and SP is not a puppet, Jones can't control him the way he does Garret.

Payton will never ever be the coach in dallas and that's a fact.

so the Cowboys are going to wait until after Payton's contract runs out to hire a new coach?

The NFL nor the courts are going to allow Payton to leave and he's already said he isn't going to leave. These are regular contract negotiations.
