Most holidays we fry a turkey. I was wondering if anyone had any other ideas on how to use a fryer. I think I have seen frying a pork loin discussed on here before?
Anyone have any recipes or successes using a turkey fryer for other foods?
TIA

I have done a few pork loins.
Cut the pork loin in half or even thirds so they are about 3 lbs each. Inject with creole butter.
Fry at 325 for about 20 minutes or 7 minutes a lb.
