That's a very admirable attitude but who knows what was said between the two before they drove off? "hey man, you had some drinks in there - you okay to drive?". "yeah, I'm good."

Everyone knows there are many impaired drivers on the road at 3:00 a.m. in particular areas. If your two friends were stone sober and chose to be on the road at that time, with full knowledge that drunks would be out, and Brent crossed the center line and killed your two friends, would you be as supportive?

Not knocking your opinion, just surprised at how many people aren't faulting the guy who actually (allegedly) broke multiple laws.

But the problem with your theory IMO, is that the Cowboys aren't the person killed by my 2 stone cold sober friends, the Cowboys are "me" the friend, if that makes any sense lol.

I wouldn't be rational of Brent struck the car of anyone in my family and i certainly wouldn't be supporting the Cowboys decision to have him on teh sideline if he hit an innocent person in another car.

I just think that Downs choosing to get in and take that ride is a completely different scenario.

Like I was saying, if those 2 guys were my personal friends or your personal friends, would you choose to not support your friend Brent in any way at all? I don't think anyone here would really do that.
