They have specials on this randomly, but I only buy one bag at a time. It was $4.50 or so at Walgreens last time I bought it. I used ten overflowing scoops for ten cups of water this morning and packed it down in the metal filter with an old spice jar. I have no idea if it makes it stronger, but it seems to.
