Why doesn't the LHSAA just put the private schools in one league and the public schools in another? Virtually every private school that is a football power recruits players or at the very least, kids who are superior athletes transfer out of public schools to go to certain private ones just to play football. It's killing some of the smaller public schools who have to rely on playing kids who are in their enrollment zone. Candy coat it however you want but it is NOT a level playing field and never will be as long as private schools are allowed to compete in the same classification as public schools.

because then you'll get football like a nameless state. whose flagship college won a national title in the 90s.. and has been pretty much an after thought since...
