Collard greens (cooked then frozen)

Probably more I can't think of. I have a big freezer, and I squirrel food away as much as I can.

I guess it is just hard for me to wrap my head around. I cooked some one day and it was close to the worst thing I have ever eaten. Not hating, but I just can't get past that one bad time.
