Amazing how the Saints offense was clicking with Sproles out and the other three running the ball effectively. Sproles comes back in the lineup and the offense goes in the shitter. Pierre can do a lot of the things Sproles does, but does not have his speed or matchup problem on LB. Seems like shuffling Sproles in and out has made it easier to figure out the plays.
Also Sproles got lit up on a blitz that messed Brees up. He can't block a LB.

This whole situation is kinda like letting someone borrow a sports car...You tell them they can drive it as hard as they want but you also tell them they better not touch the motor...

we had the best offense in NFL history with sproles as one of the feature players. Blaming him is silly. We ran the ball effectively last game, but the gameplan didn't want us to for some reason. PT had 6 ypc, but on 3rd and 2 we had empty backfields

nothing to do with being down to our 4th string right tackle. You can't blame sproles for brees throwing 5 interceptions, or ivory dropping that pass for an int, or ingram slipping in the flats, etc.
