Play of the year?

Man its a toss up between the OBJ punt return vs Ole Piss or the Landry 1 handed catch vs Arkansas. Man to think we might have lost both of those games if that didn't happen. YIKES
Another one that really stands out was the over the shoulder throw Mett made right before half at A&M. Kind of took the wind out of the Aggies after that.
What you think?

The Jarvis Landry catch and it isn't even close.
ETA: You would be hard pressed to find a better catch in all of college football in 2012 than the one Landry made.

this....bigtime. obj's punt return was the result of great special teams play by 10 other guys. any decent returner would have gone house on that.

Both plays had enough drama, excitement to be considered play of the year - certainly ST and Offensive, particularly. I think the "Look Out!" sack by Mingo may be the defensive. Minter had a couple of tackles and a couple of the INTs are candidates there, as well for defensive play.

the catch. One of the greatest plays of the year at any level.

The final first down against Alabama with under 2 minutes left COULDA WOULDA SHOULDA been the play of the year.
There's a good chance we'd be playing Notre Dame in Miami if we gamble there, instead of on a 4th and 12 fake FG.

Loston's 106 yard pick six was unique and exciting, although not necessarily crucial to the game.
18 years after Kennison did the same thing to State.

Probably doesn't deserve BEST, but what about the big OBJ catch and tackle-break at Arky?
That big play and first down leading to 3pts may have saved the game.

The Odell PR is great. So is Landry's catch. However, I'm going to go with Kadron Boone's catch against A&M. I thought it was awesome.

And if Beckham holds on to the ball at Florida and we score a TD, we probably win that. Also, if we convert the 4th and 1 with Ware, we probably beat Bama.

The Landry Catch and OBJ's return were equally important and equally amazing.
Its funny it was those two because they are like brothers and always fricking with each other

You can certainly look back at the last two seasons from the standpoint of championship opportunities lost and off yourself after thinking about it. Maddening.

The catch...it was the only play where I was just saying "WOW!". The others were great, and some timely, but I've seen other humans make those...
