Well, agree to disagree. But, that ball came out pretty quickly after the receiver temporarily caught the ball, and it looked like he didn't make a move after the catch. I rewinded it several times trying to look specifically for adequate possession and I just didn't see it. But, there is no replay in HS football, so there is more of a burden on the refs to get it right.

I watched it several times too and what I see is the receiver catching it, getting two feet down and is turning up field when 18 dislodges it. Yes it happened quick, but that is a catch and fumble imo.
