They gave up a bunch of yards early on against Atlanta, but turned things around and played a very good game. I don't count the Philly and Oakland. They are bad offenses. And they both got 400+ yards on us. And it was only 6 weeks ago we were giving up 500+ to Tampa and Denver.

I need to see more before I call it a 'trend'.

Like I said, they are playing better. But the bar was pretty damn low before the Philly game. We aren't asking for much, an average defense at best. We give up too many yards and don't tackle well and don't create turnovers consistently enough to be a good defense.

I think I'm agreeing with y'all, I'm just not excited about improving into an average to below average defense.

our D basically scored more than we gave up against Oakland.

and they are average offenses ranked #14 and #15 in the NFL

the turnover thing is changing. 8 turnovers in the last 5 games
