Ask the plan administrator. I was on my dad's until I graduated at 23. Then, I was on my own plan, not my company's, at 24. Then, I went back on my dad's (I have much younger siblings and his costs remained the same whether I was on his or not) when they announced the changes at 25. Then, I finally joined my company's plan earlier this year at 26.

I'll have to do that. I was just looking for a quick answer if anyone had recent experience with this.
