I'm an employee whose job it is to meet my goals each quarter. I have consequenses to pay when I fall short of those goals. That makes me qualified to have the opinion that CLM is not raise-worthy. LSU is a premiere football program - our goal is to win the championship; not to be close. It's Ole Miss's goal to be close but not ours.

Who is to say miles didnt reach the goals according to his contract? Not talking about what fans want. The guy has incentives in place for making bowl games. Maybe according to alleva and taf, miles did reach those goals. Or maybe they also know they arent in position to replace him with someone better. I dont know the ins and outs of the mans contract and neither do you. So no, your job doesnt qualify you fir any opinion related to his contract and what he deserves.

If he wasn't worth keeping, they didn't have to give him the raise and hope he stays. Or heck, if he is as bad as alot of people on here say he is, maybe they should fire him and pay the buyout to go get a "good" coach.
