He's not doing 10 mil in sales, I know that. 
My guess would be between 2-3, and that would put him around that 75K mark.

Yeah that would be more likely for total credit card fees. Not just MasterCard.
Oh and 2-3 in the restaurant biz...deserves a pat on the back too.
It is tough to see a company take 75k out of your pocket per year for credit cards though. But, it's almost impossible for most to live with out them. I wouldn't fathom opening one with out the option.

so when you say master card, you actually mean all credit cards .. correct ?? i.e. that $75K figure includes VISA, Discover, and American Express too ? Depending on the type of business, I could see a good one doing a gross of $3 million+ ..
