Ive never heard that sentiment anywhere so im confused on how its the general sentiment
Most people who didnt/dont like S2 were because of the ridiculous expectations they had going in and they were turned off by the aliens

I think this is it. Season 1 was awesome. Season 2, while not quite as good yet IMO, is still some pretty damn good TV
