Why is everyone obsessed with this guy? He has a mediocre record in the NFL......and no college experience.
Whoever hires him will have a massive buyout on their hands in 3 years if he flames out.

We would be nothing but a spring board back to the NFL. I wouldn't be surprised if he bring his brother along with terms that Jay would be the next coach when he leaves. Keep Les.
