Story, characters, and gameplay for me. It's incredibly deep with all the personas and it has some quirks that make a normal turn based battle system very enjoyable.
Edit: Social Links are favorite part though.

So I got a bit too drunk after the Falcons won on Thursday (Go Falcons!) and decided to go ahead and purchase Persona 4 as a download (the solid gold version is still coming in the mail).
I have put 2 hours into it and while it is certainly Japanese all the way, I can see how this game will be very addicting. There are a lot of great elements that will support it being a great RPG. It has taken a while to actually get to this point in the story, but it seems like a very well put together game. Seems like a perfect fit on the Vita.
