Do you think Silas Redd regrets his transfer to USC?

He abandoned his teammates, school, and fans to go play for a team that might end up with a worse record. He would've most likely ended up with more yards and carries at Penn State.
If he stays at Penn State they could actually be undefeated this year with how shitty the Big 10 is.

I was asking a similar question to friends this morning.

Hotter sluts at SC so probably not.

He's been okay. Not fast enough...I like it when Curtis McNeal is in there instead...he's quick but tiny.
I doubt he regrets it much. Sunny weather and he didn't have to deal with the mess/questions surrounding that program.
Just wasn't the great back he was touted as.

Hot bitches > abandoned teammates

I can't blame him at all for wanting to leave a school with all that shite going on. I know it's not the school, players, or students fault but nevertheless Penn st will be known for Sandusky/paterno for a long long time

By staying he would have endorsed and perpetuated a festering buttfrick culture.
He's glad he left.

Is that how you see it? That the players that stayed are endorsing that?
Those kids have done something special. I bet he regrets it. Actually he's prob too selfish to realize what he missed out on. There's more to life than where you live.

Because that's the reason all of their players went there in the first place
It's difficult to just up and leave a group of guys that have become like brothers to you. The backlash that they have had to endure as a result of a former coach's despicable actions is unfair to them as players. They went to Penn State to be a part of one of the greatest traditions in college football. By choosing to stay at PSU amidst getting hit with draconian sanctions in no way "endorses a pedophiliac culture," it goes beyond that. It's about sticking with what you started, not quitting when the times get tough. The character of the players that stuck around speaks volumes about them.

I think it speaks more about his character that he left. I dont blame the other players, but who wants to be associated with a culture that covered up that whole situation?
Im glad he left, and he showed more character by accepting what happened and stepping away from that moral clusterfrick they call Penn State.

yeah, by going play for school coming off probation with the biggest douchebag coach in America

With one of the most historic programs of all time. Yeah Kiffin sucks, but there is a reason why top recruits go to SC - money and coaches aside.

It could have happened to any team. Granted, yes, that would suck to be a member of a team which had something like that go down behind the scenes, and I'm not faulting Redd for wanting to bail, but to the guy that said the players who stuck around were "endorsing" a pedophiliac culture, that is so far from the truth.
