when smoking two turkeys on an electic smoker...does the cooking time (30 minute per lb.) remain the same or do you have to adjust?

You should be using meat thermometers, so your question is irrelevant.

start with the time recommend for one and then check temps
Depending on your smoker the time should not vary much

Depends if the turkeys are side by side, or one above the other. The one closer to the heat source may cook quicker than the one above, or vice versa, depending on where the heat concentrates in your cooker. Try rotating about half way through, if one above the other, and you will find that the cook time will be relatively close to recommended duration. Also, as suggested, get a meat thermometer to read internal temp.

Been doing turkeys since I was a young man. Always worked with dad when he did his, so I have become accustomed to knowing when the bird is done by feel. The leg will usually pull away pretty easily when the bird is cooked, but I would not make a recommendation to anyone to cook poultry without a temp probe. Just watch the birds and the skin color will give away how fast they are cooking. Allow for some additional time, just in case they are really absorbing your heat source at the beginning.

Neville do you know any of those Golson boys?
And does that dude still drive that Neville Jeep around Monroe?
I don't like smoked turkey. For the topic.
