"Arkansas" and "HOGS"? Sure you're an LSU fan?

Try wildwood resort. We've stayed there for years

If you're going to the Texas side try Fin and Feather. Stayed there this past weekend and they were really nice, and they were also 40 percent off ![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/Iconbanana1.gif)

Your dads do look nice.
Ive stayed at North state park and wildwood, both good options. If your bringing any kids, wildwood has stocked ponds to fish in, a nice dock to fish out of, a few peacocks walking around my kids love, and a few things like that.
If you go to the state park, ask for the new cabins. The old ones are more like fish camps than somewhere for a getaway.

Never stayed at fin and feathers, but had a few drinks there. Looks like a nice area. This is on the Texas side. Not a bad location between six mile and the Indian mounds.

Stay away from Bass Haven Resort......
They let us "upgrade" to the Honeymoon Suite because it was offseason and it was "meh"

Very true about fin and feather location if your gonna be fishing. That's as good of an area to fish as anywhere on the lake.

South Toledo State park is really nice. We stay there every year with our group, usually around 16 people. Cabins are really nice, sleeps 8 if you use the fold out sofa, satellite tv, fully furnished kitchen, fire place, etc. I highly recommend staying there.
