I believe Jeff Long would offer James Franklin the job, if he turned it down then we have fallen a lot.

You were only "high up" in your own minds. You are an average SEC program, some good years, some bad. You were just on a program high run, partly due to the rest of the SEC being down (don't get me wrong, we're taking advantage of it too).
