The division isn't clinched yet, so until then, you root for them to lose.
They SHOULD HAVE LOST this past week. Tampa is tough at home, despite their poor crowd. Carolina is tougher at home than on the road, and THEY almost beat Atlanta.
The goal is to win the division. Until that is MATHEMATICALLY unattainable, you root for the teams that will help to achieve that goal. And right now, Tampa over Atlanta gets us one game closer.
Period.

and your point? the 1 went under the win column. it's done and over with. matt ryan had the worst game he's had all season and the worst he will likely have for the rest of the season. yet they still won. granted, it was against a very shitty team.
i would love for the Saints to win the division. but realistically, it's not going to happen.
