Check ur fuses for the trailer in ur truck fuse box. I have on in the truck, and one under the hood.

If it was a fuse, none of the lights would work. Go buy LED's and be done with it. If the new ones are LED's, then it is a ground. Clean your trailer ball with emory cloth and then check the wires for broken insulation and maybe rough up/expose/clean the trailer where the ground is for each light.
