if a beer stands the test and people demand it from stores, which is where the consumer has a voice, then the distributor will respond or another will...that is America.

I like some craft beers, but there are a ton that are terrible and even some that are good are somewhat inconsistent.

There is no strong arm tactics, and the concept of it is a little ignorant. The lack of demand is what keeps most craft beer unavailable.
