So, what's a simple tailgate jambalaya recipe.

Lets say 8-10. I've done a recipe from Tony Chacheres, comes out too mushy. I've also done a recipe from my Emeril & Tabasco books. I know there's 50000000 varieties of Cajun/creole recipes.

This all sounds delicious!! Who wants to feed 4 out of towners? Our usual tailgate buddies arent setting up this game! :(
