Because it tops itself every so often in legendary epic games.
Nov. 3 was the absolute most insane, rowdy, crazy, loud, deafening, spine-tingling, goose-bump-inducing, emotional, suspenseful, hysterical concoction of bedlam I have ever seen or heard in Death Valley, including USC '79.

The most recent games that come fairly close are:
Arkansas '11
Alabama '10
Florida '09
Alabama '08
Florida '07
Va.Tech '07
Arkansas '07
Auburn '07
Tennessee '05
Auburn '05
Florida '05
Georgia '03
Auburn '03
Auburn '01
Tennessee '00
Florida '97
Auburn '95

But Nov. 3 against the MulliGumpNecks was the loudest and most insane definitely since '88 Auburn, '82 FSU, and '79 USC, and may even rival Ole Miss '59.....

If we had actually WON the game, they'd be rebuilding Death Valley right now...
