I would say most "dual-threat" QBs typically posses average to below average arm talent. Whether that's accuracy, strength, etc...usually dual-threat means good to great runner and bad to decent passer. EXTREMELY rarely do we see someone with good to great running skills AND good to great arm talent. Jennings is a pass first QB which is why I would classify him as a pro-style QB. He just has very good mobility and at the high school level that can translate into scrambles for some gains.

I think that's your definition of a dual threat. Like I said, RP, RGIII, Cam Newton and Chase Daniel were all listed as dual threat, but they were good passers.

I think we see more of the failures rather than the dual threats who succeed as a passer.
