There are a lot better candidates out there that could talk to the incoming freshies

I don't think it would be a terrible thing. While I disagree that weed and bar fights are serious offenses, it still can't be a terrible thing for any recent player to come speak to current players about what not to do. Don't know if it would help but I don't see where it would hurt the team.
