Yeah, screw books man, who wants to read anymore.
So much intelligence on this board, what a waste of time trying to reason with such Godly intelligence. I could at least understand some of the people who posted reasons not wanting it due to some of them having issues, but it's just funny how quick some of you are to trash on something you've never read.

The most popular books of the last few years are Twilight, Hunger Games, and Fifty Shades.

It's not that we hate books, but let's not pretend the Star Wars books are the masterworks of Michael Chabon or anything. They are pulp novels, competently made but not exactly great literature.
And to follow up on the "Will they use the books?" qustion: No. No, they won't.
