Solve my laptop PC beeping

HP Envy 17-3000 CTO, 7 months old.
Intel i7-2760QM
8GB RAM
180GB SSD+750GB 7200
Full HD LED display
AMD Radeon 7690M XT 1GB
I'm pretty sure it's the GPU, but idk if that would cause it to beep?
I was gaming on it decently, it shut down due to heat, and now it randomly will beep twice. Nothing is wrong with the laptop, everything still runs/works like it's brand new, even played Diablo for a few hours earlier and just fine. Just randomly beeps now, hours apart. beep beep.
I reinstalled the BIOS and it still does it.
Obviously it's under warranty, but if it's CPU/GPU related they can't fix that can they? I'll get a new laptop or will they repair/replace and resoder a new CPU/or GPU? Is that even possible?

Just googled this real quick and it seems to help. You are hearing a beep code that can probably help you figure out what is wrong.

Sounds like a BIOS issue, but you already tried that, so =/ Many times laptops will throw beep codes b/c the RAM will b/c unseated, altho it will usually beep several times. You can try removing and reinserting the memory to see if that fixes it. If you do have to send it in for service, they will probably just replace the mainboard, but I have had them replace the whole computer before. Hope you get it settled

Yeah I've been there, the 2 quick beeps on there doesn't apply.
2 short beeps Floppy diskette or compact disc not detected
Obviously don't have a floppy and the CD drive works fine.
I'm almost positive it's GPU related even though everything works fine.

Completely misread your post, so it is randomly beeping while it is running. Is the beeping coming from the speakers, or is it coming from elsewhere. Many times, a failing HDD can produce a weird high pitched beeping noise.

Really hard to say, this thing has large speaker above the keyboard and the 2 on the front panel for Beats, so it makes it hard to tell.
It's two quick beeps, and it's very random, won't happen for hours and hours then it will do it and be done for hours again.
I've tried a bunch of things, the AMD Display Driver for the 7690M is a complete failure by AMD/HP and a you can just google thousands of forums bashing each company for the lack of support.
I noticed I couldn't run my CCC (Catalyst Control Center) it would tell me there was no driver. Yet I was running the 7690M driver, and MSi detected it as did device manager. I tried uninstalling it with Device Magician in Safe Mode, and reinstalling Catalyst Suite 12.8 which is what I had before and it would never reinstall the display driver, even downloaded the ancient 12.2 drivers which is what HP support supplies and it still wouldn't reinstall the display driver, even got a blue screen a few times.
Just a bit ago I installed the 12.11 Beta driver from the AMD site and it installed the new display driver, so idk. Will see if it still does it now, quite the fricked up ordeal if you ask me.

Have anything that can show you the CPU and GPU temperatures? I think MSI Afterburner can show you the GPU temperature and offhand I can't remember the one for CPU/fan speed (using the motherboard software for my desktop).
Notice any slowdown or anything like that around when the beep happens? You mentioned it shutting down due to heat once more, and my first thought was that it was overheating again.

Well the new Catalyst and display driver didn't fix it.
It beeped minutes after start up earlier, and just did it again a few hours later, Afterburner shows 46 degrees celsius so it's not a heat issue.
When it beeps, no lag, nothing happens.
PC runs just fine, gaming, or otherwise. Just randomly beeps twice all of a sudden.
No damn clue.

Do you happen to have any gadgets, like maybe a clock or something that may be causing it? I used to have one that would double beep at the top of the hour like a wristwatch

I think you might have just fixed it!
I just installed this just the other day because I hide my taskbar and use Rocket Dock, that just might be it!
CONFIRMED, that was it, glad it's not a PC issue.
Thanks.
