You hit the nail on the head. Would Miles actually hire a competant offensive coordintor that he would let run the offense?

I don't think so. Can Coach Stud be that bad at calling plays and making adjustments?

Yeah like aTm? They sling it around a lot which is why they are undefeated.

Has absolutely nothing to do with our QB issues.

Still can't figure out why Miles can't recruit a good QB

At the time we were recruiting them where did Jefferson, Lee and Mett rank? From a ranking standpoint were we going to do any better than Mett?

Andrew Luck and Matt Barkley would suck in our system.

Doing that would hurt the run game or don't you know that. If the defense is concerned with receivers getting behind them, then the RBs will not have so many players to run over to get stuffed on 3rd and 2.

Because the forward pass is a vast liberal media conspiracy.

All previous mentioned reasons are valid and the offensive problems are multifactoral. No one reason is to blame. But I would like to see a 'gamer' at qb again, like Rohan Davey, Matt Flynn, etc. Those guys made plays happen. Don't really see that in Mett.

Flynn was absolutely ideal for LSU.

Just perfect.

and I even loved Perrilloux coming in for some plays. Even tho the offense didn't even struggle.. Those were great times.

Flynn had just the right size.. 6'2 - 6'3.. absolute perfect Mobility.. could run.. still pocket precision passer.. and like said.. he was a gamer.. Always finished games stronger in the 2nd half.
