Yea...I think old fence boards would be a much better option for this chick than pallets.
Pallets are good for 2 things, keeping shite off the ground, and burning.
Actually I also have one my brother hung in a tree as a stand...so maybe three things. It's a shitty stand though, so maybe not.

It really depends. We have some HEAVY ones that can't be broken and then some little flimsy frickers that snap when I step on them.

This thread baffles me.
I am 43 and have seen tons of gimmicky crafty shite come and go, but for the life of me have never seen a project that the male had to participate in other than hauling all that useless shite to the curb or dump in 7 months.
If you need lumber, they have a store for that, same for furniture. Hell, they even have a place in Texas where you can buy useless crafts by the bushel basket. Send her there.
