I just moved to Houston from Baton Rouge in may and have not switched my residency yet. Would I have to still pay La income tax since Tx doesn't have one? 100% of income is from

After moving to Baton Rouge and establishing Louisiana residency, you owe Louisiana income tax on all income from whatever sources. You will need to file as a part-year resident. You can exclude the income you earned prior to establishing Louisiana residency.
