You pay state income taxes for the state you reside in. Period.
By group insurance are you talking about health insurance? If you have to go to a doctor or hospital you are covered under the terms of your insurance policy.

Sorry, but this is totally false. Arkansas will require you to file a nonresident income tax return and pay tax. All states with an income tax require nonresident workers to file and pay tax.
Actually, I would think your employer would be required to withhold Arkansas income tax from your wages.
