He's only 18-2 over last 20 games and people are amazed that he wants to keep doing what has obviously worked in the past. I'd imagine there are quite a few coaches who would be more than happy to have Les' success.

That is not the point. It's obvious we don't have the horses to run that system. You have to adjust to the personnel you have. Anything else is just insanity.
