Did I miss something or did Walter entirely leave out where the next tape was?

That will probably be shown in flashbacks next week.

ETA:

I've always thought the glyphs represented the overall theme of the episode. Episode 1 Walter losing his plan, Peter and Olivia's relationship...
Episode 2 Walter regrouping, the Guard seeing the possibility of the tides turning, Etta going against her nature through Olivia...

I was on the edge of my seat waiting to here: "I've placed the next video tape in the alternate universe..."

They are, and they also represent the emotional state of particular members a lot of times. I think this season we are looking at the resistance as a whole.

The first episode the Resistance doubted everything Walter and crew could do.. and ultimately Walter doubted himself once his memory had been erased.

Continuing on from the last seconds of last weeks episode, Walter ha replaced that doubt with Hope, hope that a Dandelion WILL grow from the scorched earth, and the resistance has seen the power one group of people can hold, to building hope for everyone... including the Loyalist.
