Hudson Hawk or Jaws the Revenge. It's tied for me personally.
The only thing I liked about Jaws the Revenge was seeing the water, since it was filmed in the Bahamas. The rest of it is bad.
Hudson Hawk is the only movie I can think of where I got up and walked out. It was that bad.

I thought Jaws 3-D was 10000x worse than Jaws the Revenge. Probably the worst movie Dennis Quaid has ever been in.
