I've teared up multiple times watching:
Homeward Bound (when Shadow gives up)
Forrest Gump (Jenny's grave scene)
Man on Fire (the last scene)
And several dog movies like Shiloh (the way the dog is mistreated and at the end when the owner comes to get him back) and Air Bud (the scene where the boy leaves the dog behind)
Dog movies always get me
