Show should come on in the daytime on weekdays, following days of our lives. Shallow characters, piss poor acting, and thin plot line. Try boardwalk empire out if you want a decent show.
Or try Dawson's Creek if 15 year olds having boy trouble is your thing.

You are such an enlightened film critic!!! This show is so beneath you as is anyone who enjoys it!!! Quit being such a pompous douchebag. Your not impressing anyone.

Because its easier to explain an assassination than trust Brody will remain stable and trustworthy for life, and he's past the point of no return in the public eye.

So back to the episode.
Brody is playing the triple spy card like we thought - no surprise there. Something dramatic will have to happen to undue Nasir's psychological hold on him...
...which leads me to Dana, who is still on course for death, especially now that she is having issues with Brody. Those issues are likely going to be unresolved because she'll die before she can make amends with her dad.
Peter Quinn was predictably outed as someone with a secret and untrustworthy. Estes pigeonholed him into this project as a contingency, and Estes "wants to kill terrorists" by any means necessary. He's essentially playing his Walden card with these hardline decisions.
Is Saul going to accept these terms? Something tells me he won't. He clearly doesn't like being kept in the dark while Estes/Quinn/FBI run ops behind his back. Saul is more sympathetic and thoughtful than clowns like Estes and Walden.
Carrie is going to go ape shite when she finds out Estes/Quinn were part of a FBI plot to kill Brody.
Mike is still the family caretaker and all-around good guy, but now he's banging Jess again. Something tells me this won't last long. Is he going to die?
Chris is still worthless.
What do you guys think? Great episode.

Nice breakdown Billy Mays.
Only thing is I don't think it's actually the FBI running the side op... It's another division of the CIA in charge of wetworks and black bag stuff.
I'm happy for Jess. She needed that.
On an "OH - THAT'S where she's from!" note... I just realized that the woman who's playing Roya was the mysterious super-soldier woman on X-Files and The Lone Gunman way back when. It suddenly clicked with me tonight.

Why would they want to kill Brody?
My wife asked the same thing last night. The answer is:
a. He's a fricking terrorist. If they didn't catch him earlier in the season, 300 soldiers would've been bombed last night.
2. He's a war hero and congressman. America doesn't need to be drug through Brody being outed as a terrorist and the circus of a trial that would follow.

I hope to hell you're right. I know the actress and writers are doing a good job at making her a miserable teenage count like she's supposed to be but enough's enough.

How bout they just let Mike take the family and go be happy somewhere else? That whole part of the story is just a drag on the show imo.

You are correct. I guess I'm just pissed off that the show has went downhill in my opinion and wanted to vent somewhere. The first season was fantastic but this season has really let me down. Thanks for calling me out.

That's right. I heard the word FBI and ex-FBI several times last night I guess I just ran with it
Speaking of Roya, was she captured? Once bullets started flying all hell was breaking lose on multiple fronts.

More evidence:
When they were passing the phone around Brody told Dana he loved her and didn't say anything to Chris.
Pwned.
