I agree with this. In fact our defense was great. The offense didn't do all that badly either. The things that hurt us in that game were things we excelled at last year. Special teams and turnovers. Throw in a bunch of stupid after the fact personal fouls and there you have it.
Assuming special teams gets back on track, we take better care of the ball and stop the dumb penalties, we are still the number one or two team in the country. The talent is still there.
