Its already a PITA.
I dont think there is any grease left in it - plenty of ATF/Acetone/liquid wrench though.
Im not worried abotu the expansion of the aluminum - I need that bearing to expand faster than the axle. Once I get it off the axle, I can get it out of the backing plate - the C clip is on the rear of the plate. Once off the axle, I can get to the clip to remove the bearings.

Shouldn't be that hard to take off though on a bike that new though. You've got to be missing something.
